A really lovely example of the ever-popular ‘hen on nest’, this white version comes from J.W.H and is marked Numnar (unsure what that is) and it looks a bit like ironstone to me but I may be wrong. It has a green spot on the top. Great for keeping eggs, be they real or chocolate, this beauty measures approx. 18 cm in height and 24 cm in length. There are two hairlines which are historic and stable. Minor wear only.
