Adorable! This fabulous oval double ended tin from a bygone era is a clever compact storage box for tea and sugar, ideal for camping and travel to accompany a flask of hot water. There are not many around so it has been hard to learn much about them but there is a possible military/ww2/ration connection so it is likely a 40s product. It comes with plenty of ‘patina’ and some areas of wear and surface loss. Great for display! A really unusual red and cream canister for the collector. It measures approx. 8 × 6 × 4 cm
